Spring into action
An illustrated talk choosing fresh early flowering plants for the garden and preparing for a glorious summer show.

Iddon Treasures
Illustrated talk on the wide variety of plants I love to grow and the design and development of my garden. Followed by gardener’s question time and a brief description of the plants I have for sale.

Arranging the Garden
A practical demonstration arranging flowers and plant material from my garden to create a snapshot of the season. Followed by an illustrated talk on plant associations of colour and texture that will perform well together.

The Hazelwood calendar
An illustrated talk on the origins, infancy and yearly cycle of a garden and nursery.

Pots of interest (May –June & September)
A demonstration of four creative designs to fill your containers the best plants to use and tips on growing healthy containers all year round.

A sculptor in the garden (Thompson Dagnall)
Jacqueline will give an illustrated talk on working around (her husband) a sculptor in the garden.

Autumn Shades
A practical demonstration including a garden arrangement in a pumpkin, autumn container planting, and advice on how to take cuttings, then a description of plants to extend the autumn season.

In the shade
An illustrated talk on shade loving plants to fill those difficult areas of dry and damp shade with the emphasis on foliage colour and leaf texture.

Christmas from the garden
A demonstration of door rings, swags, wreaths and table centre using fresh blue spruce holly and other garden materials.

Fees for 2010
£70 plus travel expenses over 10 miles radius.

Talks are given to a variety of clubs including WI's, garden, horticultural societies & many flower clubs.
